Intellectual Property Rights
1. The Tokyo Fine Wines and Spirits Association's logo and name are owned by us, and may not be used as part of your business or in connection with any products or services without the prior written consent of Tokyo Fine Wines and Spirits Association which shall be given, given with conditions or withheld at Tokyo Fine Wines and Spirits Association’s absolute discretion.
2. The information, names, text materials, graphics, logos, button icons, images, video and audio clips, trade marks (whether registered or not), advertisements, layout, arrangement, graphical user interface, look and feel, and control features of the website is protected by Intellectual Property Rights.

Along with the data given directly to Tokyo Fine Wines and Spirits Association from members in person, over the phone or via email, we will also collect data of users placing orders via the website or browsing the website. This data could include logs, details of networks, data & systems accessed, details of the sender & recipients of messages sent over our services, times & location of log on or access, duration of sessions, clickstream & similar usage or system data.
